Effective July 7, 2009, World Alliance Financial Corp., d/b/a Senior Lending Network will no longer accept new loan applications. World Alliance's parent company, KBC Group based in Belgium has been conducting a company-wide review of its operations and deployment of capital, and as part of that process has decided to no longer make funding available for new reverse mortgages.

This decision will have no impact on our current borrowers or holders of GNMA securities that we have issued. We will continue to service outstanding loans, as well as fulfill all of our other obligations.

For those who have applied for a reverse mortgage with the Senior Lending Network but your loan has not closed or funded, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-562-6755.
